Can I choose my own colors on crocheted items?
Yes you can. Just put your color choices in the notes section and we will make you them. Depending on the item you are requesting they could take any where from 2 extra days to ship on something like the scrunchies, or up to 6-8 weeks if you want us to create you a King sized afgan.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product once I get it?
Contact us, And we will accept a return. You can either get a replacement item or store credit. We do not refund shipping charges.

What is the shipping time frame?
We generally ship out within 10 business days. But if the item you have ordered is a custom item it may take up to 8 Weeks for us to create.

How do you ship?
Right now we have been using USPS with delivery confirmation. We are looking into UPS as a second option. If you are local and live with-in the greater Jacksonville, Florida area, we are willing to arrange for local pick-up. Please contact us about this option.
